Necradin
NOTE: This is a prototype version of a wave-based defense game with a twist. It is a very early prototype so bugs are to be expected and some issues (for example, you can't bind special abilities to different keys, you need to use the specific key mentioned below)
Recommended playing in full screen to prevent page from scrolling while zooming in/out during gameplay.
About the game:
You play as a paladin who is forced to defend a necromancer while she casts a dark ritual. Defend her ritual against the never ending hordes of enemies that want to stop her at all costs.
You are sapped of your holy strength and magic. You can't attack while outside the influence of the dark spell. That said, you are unable to move while defending the spell but can use its powers to attack enemies and defend it.
Controls:
Use "WASD" to move the player when outside the circle.
Use "E" around the dark spell's vicinity to enter or exit the dark spell's circle
To attack use "LMB" while inside the dark spell (after succumbing to it using "E") on an enemy.
To activate a special ability, press the corresponding number (1, 2, 3 or 4) after unlocking (see "Current active abilities section below) and then press "RMB" to cast it.
Use "Mouse Scrollwheel" to zoom in or out.
Use "MMB" to pan the camera.
Press "U" to open the upgrade menu.
Current active abilities:
- Increasing the circle's health (can be upgraded as many times as you want as long as you have materials).
- Increasing your mana (can be upgraded as many times as you want as long as you have materials).
- Increasing the materials you get per pickup (can be upgraded as long as you have materials).
- Rock Bash press "1" to activate it, single purchase.
- Fire Wall press "2" to activate it, single purchase.
- Reinforce press "3" to activate it, single purchase.
- Poison Patch press "4" to activate it, single purchase.
